Leave Balances Information Technology Services June 2011

This module will show you how to:  Navigate to the Leave Balance database  Differentiate between the types of leave you have available  Determine how much leave has been used  Determine how much and what types of leave you have remaining  Switch between the available views  Important phone numbers if you need help

Logging into the Secured Databases  Click on the self-service Banner icon on the desktop of your Canisius-owned computer.  Enter your Canisius User Name and Password  Click on Login  Click on the Employee tab above the Main Menu  If you need more detailed instructions logging in to Banner please review the first module in this series entitled “Welcome to SCT Banner.”

Views When you first go to your leave balances page, you will be directed to the view in the previous slide. If you click on the link entitled “Canisius Leave Information” you’ll see this view:
