Introduction  Marco Polo’s exploration was 24 years long!  He was born September 15 th, in Venice, Italy.  China funded the exploration.  Kublai Khan sent Marco Polo on the exploration.  The goal of the exploration was to trade stuff in China.

Exploration  He explored eastern, central, and southern Asia.  The people living there first were the Chinese.  Marco even able to write a book that explained Asia to Europeans.
