Lost & Found by Handler 1) Collect waste in the specific bins in accordance with procedure “packaging of animal waste”. 2) Check the coloured sticker on bin. 3) Contact Saniport. 4) Saniport gives administrative refusal and Customs sign the documents. 5) Temporary store bin in dedicated cooling container in reclaim room at arrival level (premises TA80 101, handler contacts customs to open cool container). 6) Cleaning service brings the cooling container to the delivery hall P19. 3 Procedure Animal waste, 2015/11/13

Baggage handling In front of baggage claim : by handler 1) Wrap animal waste. 2) Contact Saniport. 3) Saniport gives administrative refusal and Customs sign the documents. 4) Temporary storage in cooling container in baggage reclaim room (arrival level). On baggage claim : 1) Finder informs BAC/GTC and Saniport. 2) Saniport gives administrative refusal and Customs sign the documents. 3) Saniport informs handlers. 4) Handlers collects waste in bins and brings it to the reclaim room (arrival level). 4 Procedure Animal waste, 2015/11/13

Wrapping animal waste 1) Empty bins are delivered by BAC/Waste Management. 2) Apply colored labels on bin with mention Swissport: green label SBA: red label Customs: white label BAC: yellow label Procedure Animal waste, 2015/11/13 5 How to proceed?

Transport of animal waste to P19 1) Handlers inform BAC/GTC to remove bins with animal waste from Reclaim room or baggage room 2) BAC/GTC informs the Cleaning service to bring the specified bins to the cooling container in the delivery hall P19 6 Procedure Animal waste, 2015/11/13
