Honor Society Informational Meeting Application due March 4 th, 2016 by 3:00pm – No Exceptions!

Your Application is due by March 4, 2016 by 3:00pm  Fill in all sections  Create a chart for your community service. You must have 10 hours of community service. Complete the Community Service proposal.  Activities are since 6 th grade (includes 6 th grade).  Give your Teacher Recommendation Letter out immediately.

Community Service Proposal This is for a project that you will create and lead. The project will be completed during the school year. You must have an adult that is willing to help you with this project. The Honor Society and friends can help you with this project. Use the information on the back of the proposal to help guide you with creating a project.
