BTSA Induction BTSA is now SUSD CA Teacher Induction Program –TCSJ Intern graduates will complete induction in SUSD SP = Mentor, PT = Candidate, IIP = ILP New Induction Standards for Year One –“Big Ideas” CSTP/Continuum based assessment Site Administrator input is now formal (early) More SP observation/feedback Mentor training = up to five evenings Year 2 is “status quo”
