KRS 322 “…Land surveying shall include but not limited to the following: Measuring and locating, establishing, or reestablishing lines, angles, elevations, natural and man-made features in the air, on the surface and immediate subsurface of the earth, within underground workings, and on the beds or surfaces of bodies of water…”
Boundary Surveys (201 KAR 18:142 and 18:150) Land surveyor shall conduct his or her practice in order to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. The marks and monuments on the ground as found and verified, or as set by a professional land surveyor shall constitute the actual boundary survey.
