The Data 4 Crash Data Crash Level  56 data fields/elements all pertinent to the overall crash event Vehicle Level  19 data fields/elements for each involved vehicle Participant Level  29 data fields for each active or injured participant in each crash Derived Level Data  17 system generated data derived from codes in the three crash levels Crashes are Geo-Located Lat-long & LRS (assigned at the time of the crash coding) Crash Data Crash Level  56 data fields/elements all pertinent to the overall crash event Vehicle Level  19 data fields/elements for each involved vehicle Participant Level  29 data fields for each active or injured participant in each crash Derived Level Data  17 system generated data derived from codes in the three crash levels Crashes are Geo-Located Lat-long & LRS (assigned at the time of the crash coding)

Information & Data Sources by Crash Severity 6 PDO / Possible Injury Minor / Major Injury Fatal Injury The level of crash severity influences the availability of official investigative information. The more severe the crash the more information to build the crash causative factors.
