HIGHER/INT 2 NAB Preparation of the Body Swimming

Question 1 : Describe in detail, the methods you used to identify your performance strengths and weaknesses. Explain why these methods were appropriate. Q. How do you test your fitness in swimming? A. Describe all 4 tests, explaining what fitness element was analysed in each one Length Timed Swim (CVE & why it tests CVE) 2. T5 Swim Test (Speed Endurance & why it tests S.End. ) 3. 50m Timed Swim (Speed & why it tests Speed) m Endurance Swim (CVE & why it tests CVE) Who timed you? Did you use a stop watch? Where was it done?

Question 2 :As a result of analysing your data, give an explanation of your (a) Strengths and weaknesses & (b) Development needs a.Detailed info on what the 4 tests told you about your whole performance.
