10,000 hrs Is made up of hrs of practice in something you have basic talent in. Extra opportunities (more time to work on a skill or hone your craft) Advantageous Era of Birth –being born at specific time in history that gives you advantages or extra opportunities

Advantageous Era of Birth Due to when a birthdate occurs it results in an advantage in the larger picture.

Demographic Trough Born in a period where fewer people were born which credits accumulative advantages

Exposure to Meaningful Work The person was allowed to witness and/or participate with those in the mastered area when they were accumulating their 10, 000 hrs.
