Change Agent Network A district wide cross-functional network delivering rapid and accurate communications A feedback channel from staff to the project A group of extended team members for the project A group of people who influence positive change Creates a structure to encourage ownership for the success of SAP Creates a network dedicated to supporting, promoting, and communicating change within respective departments/campuses 2
