{ European Rally Wales- Port Talbort Summer 2014 Rural Youth Europe

 5 Participants from each country  A week long timetable of events including a single night homestay  Highlights include European Buffet, Visit to Millenium Stadium  Chance to meet young people from across Europe 7 Day Rally

Opening Ceremony

 Trip to the beach Day one; Building foundations

 Talks by a top neuroscientist  Writing a Personal Development Plan Day two; the individual

European Buffett and Ceilidh

Day Three and Four; the organisation and the community

 You get the chance to go on a one night homestay with a local family  During the following day they take you out on trips and show you the local area  This was a more relaxed part of the week and allowed us to get to know both the host family and the area we were staying in Homestay

The neuroscientist who spoke to us at the sessions talked of the power of positive thought, If it’s raining in the morning Think Good its rained already the grass really needed it.. Or. Great a chance to try out my new coat. He recommended writing down three positive things every day As it gives you a more positive outlook on life. Activity two; positivity Background
