Uploading Minutes & Agendas for Boards and Commissions Overview
Boards and Commissions Table of Abbreviations
File Naming Conventions All files must be in PDF format prior to being uploaded (do not scan the files—it must be converted from Word to PDF) Use the abbreviations above for the Board or Commission you are responsible for Specify whether the file contents are Minutes or Agendas Use the following format –ACMinutesMMDDYYYY.pdf
File Naming Conventions Examples –For example to name a file for the Arts Commission meeting minutes for June 26, 2005 would be ACMinutes pdf. –For example, to name a file for the Parks Board meeting Agenda for March 20, 2005 would be PBAgenda pdf.
Website Upload/Posting Instructions (Single File) Open Internet Explorer and browse to Log in with your appropriate credentials Browse to Boards & Commissions and choose which Board or Commission you wish to post the Meeting Minutes or Agenda to (if you have permissions, you will be able to upload) Under the Agendas & Minutes section, click on either Agendas or Minutes (depending on what you are posting) Click on the Year you want to upload
Website Upload/Posting Instructions (Single File) Click on the New Item icon to begin the posting/upload process Click the Browse button and locate the file that you will posting/uploading Double click on the file you wish to post/upload Type a brief description of the file (ie Parks Board May 6, 2005 Meeting Minutes) Scroll towards the bottom of the page and click the Update link

Website Upload/Posting Instructions (Multiple Files) Locate the folder/directory that contains the multiple files you want to upload/post Highlight all the files and right click on the highlighted files Choose Send to | Compressed (zipped) Folder Click No on the Compressed (zipped) Folder dialog box
