Presentation about Terminal Expansion at Bahrain International

ProposalProgress What I learnt in the course

Proposal  we propose Terminal Expansion at Bahrain International.  We want to makes Bahrain International bigger to assimilate more travelers.  We intend to perform Construction, and electrical and water works.  We will not perform the works of glass (windows, and doors)

Proposal  Statement of works : 1. Review engineering drawing(2 weeks). 2. Construction(12 weeks). 3. electrical and water works(3 weeks).  We expect to accomplish all tasks within 17 weeks.  Bahrain Airport Company provides the Engineering Drawing of the Airport.

Progress  We proposed a state of Terminal Expansion at Bahrain International on August 10, you accepted our proposal. our proposed include Review engineering drawing(2 weeks ), Construction(12 weeks), electrical and water works(3 weeks ).

Progress  TASKS COMPLETED 1. Review engineering drawing(2 weeks). (We successfully completed this task on August 15,2010) 2. Construction (12 weeks ). ( also, We successfully completed this task on August 15,2011)

Progress  TASKS REMAINING :  1. electrical and water works (3 weeks) We have just started this task. we are well ahead of schedule on implementing the statement of work, and we foresee no problems in completing this task and the entire project on time and within specified budget constraints

ABOUT THE COURSE  In this course, I learnt how I write three kinds of report (proposal, progress,and instruction ) reports.  Really I don’t write any report in my life, before this course.  This is new skills in my life.this will help me insha allah in my future jobs,because I am engineering.
