WATER CYCLE There are four phases that happen within the water cycle:  Evaporation  Condensation  Precipitation  Collection

PHASE 1: EVAPORATION OF LIQUIDS. (1997, JANUARY 1). RETRIEVED APRIL 13, 2015, FROM  Evaporation- Evaporation is when a liquid can be sitting in one place (maybe a puddle) and its molecules will become a gas.

PHASE 2: CONDENSATION: THE CONVERSION OF WATER FROM A GAS INTO A LIQUID. (2013, JANUARY 1). RETRIEVED APRIL 14, 2015, FROM  Condensation: Condensation is the change of water from its gaseous form (water vapor) into liquid water.

PHASE 3: PRECIPITATION. (2015, JANUARY 1). RETRIEVED APRIL 14, 2015, FROM  Precipitation: The liquid and solid water particles that fall from clouds and reach the ground are known as precipitation

PHASE 4: WORLD OF WATER. (2013, JANUARY 1). RETRIEVED APRIL 14, 2015, FROM  Collection: when water that falls from the clouds as rain, snow, hail or sleet, collects in the oceans, rivers, lakes, streams. Most will infiltrate (soak into) the ground and will collect as underground water.
