What is Prezi?  Prezi is a software which is used to create dynamic presentations which can be shared and presented online through the Prezi network.  It has an online and an offline version. The online version is preferable for use as it is updated more regularly than the offline version and hence some features which are available on the online version might not be available in the offline version.

Who should use Prezi?  Complex stories: infographics and timelines  Working people who to collaborate with other team members on a presentation  Someone who has a LINEAR STORY should NOT use Prezi

Pros and Cons?  PROS 1. Zoom into the focus of their presentation. Pacing and spacing is available. 2. Easily explain how ideas are connected to each other with smooth transitions. 3. Use Images and Videos (YouTube links can be embedded) in the presentations to tell a story. 4. Work together on a presentation with their team members from virtually anywhere there is internet and ! 5. The fonts and colors are consistent. 6. It has a vast library of content to get inspiration from. 7. It has professionally created templates to choose from.

Pros and Cons?  Cons of Prezi: 1. It maybe tough to figure out how to make a presentation on Prezi at first. That’s why this tutorial was created. To ease out the steps and make “learning how to create a presentation” fun!
