The infrastructure, Interior and furnishing of the outlet should be strictly as prescribed design of the company. 11. There should be trial room/ changing room at each outlet. 12. There has to be minimum four CCTV installed at each outlet along with recording, transmitting and storage facility. 13.There has to be proper internet connectivity to run there centralized software of accounting/ billing and material management.

Other conditions for Business Associates 1. The Business Associate should follow the terms and conditions strictly has stated in the agreement. 2. The Business Associate should have the outlet space according to the company ’ s policy. 3. The Business Associate should design the outlet according to Interior Decorator of the company. 4. The minimum first order should be of Rs 10 Lacs. 5. The Business Associate has to pay the brand fees to the company. 6.The Business Associate has to pay the marketing fees for various marketing propaganda and promotional schemes in advance for the first 3 months.

Expected Earnings Expected earning is assumed per product between 50-70%. For example : at an average sale of Rs /- per day, one can assume and gross earning of Rs /- per month at the rate of 50%.
