STUDENT SERVICES & ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING “RETURN WEEK” FRIDAY JANUARY 15, 2016

 Planning & managing present & future enrollment efforts  An enrollment management plan allows El Centro College to be intentional regarding its enrollment and deliberate about Student Success (recruitment, retention, & completion)  SEMP outlines the vision, leadership and strategic direction for our enrollment efforts and supports the mission, vision and goals of El Centro College and the Dallas County Community College District  College-wide integrated and holistic approach

 5 PHASES Phase 1: Plan to Plan – (SEMP charge given to committee) Phase 2: The Institutional Framework – (intentional discussions) Phase 3: SWOT Analysis (compression planning) Phase 4: Vision (shaping the vision of our institution) Phase 5: Goals (identify goals) Phase 6: Operationalizing (plan set into motion)

 Incorporate feedback from faculty & staff and remove draft from SEM document plan  SEMP committee meeting January 25th (timeline and course of actions moving forward)  SEMP committee will periodically measure the ongoing progress of enrollment goals as outline in this plan to ensure that the established objectives are being assessed  Assess first year of targeted outcomes
