October 7, 2013 Notes re: Search Tab Search tab allows users to perform a system-wide search Search tab results include: –Current items (available under the tabs too!) –Historical items (no longer available under the tabs because these tasks have been completed and closed) Remember … Locals will only see results returned for their local district. ISD monitors will see results for the full ISD. –Want to sort by a district? Type the district name in the Organization field. 22

October 7, Review the Status History Allows you to review who changed the item to what status when Available for all items (Workbooks, tasks, etc.) in CIMS Access via the link (View Status History) on the menu page

October 7, Review MDE Comments Assists you in helping locals understand why something was returned Available for Corrective Action Plans and Progress Reports Access via the link (Cover Page, Activity Page, or FM Findings Page) on the menu page
