PROGRAM STRUCTURE Financial education workshops for 8 th - 9 th grade participants and families. CHA provides 1:1 match to provide students with up to $3000 for college. 10 th - 12 th grade students save up to $1500 through program jobs and a menu of monetized incentives geared to program performance.
