Nutrition Health Project Due beginning of class Attach a cover sheet on the top that includes: Title of Class, Nutrition Project followed by your Name and date. Write & Attach your reflective summary at the END of the project. The following issues must be addressed: –Analysis: Determine the average amount of calories consumed for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Also determine the overall daily average of calories consumed EACH day and make a graph depicting it. –Finally determine the overall daily average of calories burned.

Nutrition Health Project Conclusion: –Looking at your analysis, during the last week did you Gain, Lose, or remain the same in regards to calories? –Explain how difficult it was to track the calories you processed each day. –Which foods did you most commonly eat? What was the calorie amount for these foods? –Explain any patterns in your eating that you did not know before.
