Chapter 14-3 Cornell Notes Roles in Maya Society Heading 1 Maya complex society; Upper class: priests, warriors, traders; parents determine your life choices; Kings: most influence than upper class than lower class; Priests: highly educated, held religious festivals; warriors: fighting, merchants: trading.
