Moments to shine Maybe you’ve... undertaken a sponsored run, walk or cycle ride and raised money for a charity met one of your own goals for physical activity as you travel, with ParalympicsGB and Team GB, on the Road to Rio Check out the app.

We want you to keep the spirit of National Paralympic Day alive by becoming a Paralympic Champion.

Get Creative! Look out for stories that shine a light on the extraordinary achievements of ordinary disabled people and help to take the Paralympic Movement – and the Values – forward. Create a film, tell somebody what you’ve found out, write a story, write a newspaper article or represent your ideas visually.
