实验目的(Aims) To grasp the type and pathological changes of atrophy, hypertrophy, hyperplasia and metaplasia To grasp the pathologic changes、types and outcome of degeneration and necrosis

实验内容(Contents) Gross specimen Tissue section Hypertrophy of myocardium The cellular edema of the kidney Atrophy of the heart Fatty degeneration of the hepatocyte Fatty degeneration of the liver Coagulative necrosis of the spleen Hyaline degeneration of the spleen capsule Liquefactive of the brain Gaseous gangrene of arm

atrophy The right is normal, the left is atrophy

atrophy The left is atrophy, the right is normal

hypertrophy The up is normal, the down is hypertrophy

hyperplasia

Metaplasia The normal columnar ciliated epithelial cells of the bronchi are replaced focally by stratified squamous epithelium

Sequamous metaplasia of the bronchus

Intestinal metaplasia of gastric gland

Cellular swelling of the kidney

Cellular swelling of the liver

Fatty degeneration of the liver

Hyaline degeneration of the splenic capsule

Hyaline degeneration
