II FUNCTIONS To evaluate the incidence and analyze the causes and effects of ESL in the particular area To be aware of the ESL proceedings developed by schools, basic social services, the authorities involved and other institutions and organizations To suggest ESL prevention and elimination strategies to town hall, education and health and social welfare responsible people. To make an annual report on the situation of the particular area and on the proceedings developed, and send it to the responsible toen hall and the local administration of the Ministries involved. 10
