OVERVIEW Organizations learn how to internationalize as they finds their own distinctive way of doing it. There is no template for internationalisation; each venture is different. But there are identifiable pitfalls that lead most firms to fail. Join us for an exciting 2-day Masterclass where you learn these main pitfalls, identify what these mean for your organization, and learn the strategies that current research shows to be effective ways of avoiding them. With the support of experienced ‘internationalizers’, you will then identify your best way of internationalising. The programme concludes with your testing your ideas with those who have the wisdom gained from having done it before.
