Understand the market we are working in: work based learning and the Welfare to Work sectors Be aware of our organisation’s marketing objectives and updates for the month/quarter Have knowledge of any promotions, or targets that we are working to Know our competition and be aware of what they are doing- Share any ideas or good practice you have seen Know how to sell our product/service – including criteria for funding and any constraints Know what to do with the information you have gathered
