American College of Chest Physicians 2012 Spring Leadership Meeting BUILDING LEADERS Perceived as lack of interest Recommended that these individuals be replaced A very different story from these members: – No formal orientation for their committee assignments – Not aware of what was expected of them – Not being acquainted with many colleagues on the conference calls – not well-versed with the issues being discussed as most Leadership skills… Newly selected leaders of the college …..
