Vision and Values Strategic Plan Business Plan 90 Day Plan- Service line I 90 Day Plan- Service line II 90 Day Plan- Service line III 90 Day Plan- Service line IV 90 Day Plan- Service line V Marketing Strategy Our team lives by and promotes our values This is the compass that aligns us to our true north over the next five years i.e. where we are going and what we are targeting to achieve success and also to drive the right behaviours in the organisation The business plan is the map that aligns to our compass (strategic plan). It covers in a lot of detail where we have been, what we are focussed on but really outlines how we plan to deliver on our strategic plan over the next three years. OUR PLANS Our Approach Our Tools

Leadership Team and Leadership Meetings: These meetings are important to ensure that our Leadership team and Directors are aligned on what we are looking to achieve across the business. Also, it is important that we focus on making decisions and discuss items that will continue to grow insert client name Leadership Team Meeting Agenda Team Meeting Agenda OUR APPROACH Our Plans Our Tools Individual Learning Plans (ILP) and Development Workbook: The ILP is the line of sight for every person in the business to understand how you contribute to the bigger picture but also make sure we are putting in place a development plan that allows you to contribute to learn and develop in insert client name. The Development workbook that will be used for every staff member and will allow them to focus on development plan actions with the detail under the key actions that will assist in improving the constructive styles. Individual Learning Plan Development Workbook One on Ones: One on one templates will be used as a guide for each member of staff to have with their direct reports. It is really important that everyone is proactive and books a minimum once a fortnight catch up to work through how you are tracking and to ensure you have the support you need to be supported in your roles.
