14 -3 Download Starter Database Correct issues with Hungarian Notation, Camel Case, PK, Field Length in Tables, Form & Report Required by CS (use Rename pulldown function) (25%) NO Queries need to be created except for next step Replace CustomerID in Form and create a pull-down field (combo box) for it in the Form (25%) Create Relationships Table (25%) Add Switchboard (Open Form in Add Mode, Open Report, Exit Application), then make sure only Switchboard displays when database is opened (25%) Each member, individually, submit to by for grade by COB 11/30/2015 NOTE: For first couple steps you might want to create successive copies of your database so, if you make an error, you can go back to last good copy

Project Objective: This is to be a final course project the integrates each aspect of this course into a useful and workable final product for decision analysis. The following lists the components of the project. Grading weight for each component is shown in "( )". Excel (30%) : 3 DSS (Scenario Manager, Solver, & "What If"), Pivot Table, Appropriate Graphic(s) Access (40%): At least: Switchboard or Navigation Form, 4 data tables, 4 queries, 1 form, 1 report Visio (10%): 3 different "artifacts" relevant to Project Oral Presentation (20%): Prepare to explain your work to the group in ~10 minutes. Use PowerPoint (~10 slides) and any appropriate examples from project in your presentation 14 -7
