What do you think? A college admissions officer or a potential employer is googling the name of prospective candidates… What information would those candidates want to appear in a google search? What information would those candidates NOT want to appear in a google search? Do you think it is legal for a college admissions officer or employer to use a google search to help evaluate prospective candidates? If so, are there any limits to what information can be used? If you were a college admissions officer, why might you spend time googling information on a candidate if you already have a completed application?
