Transforming the School Keeper’s House at Hague into learning and community space at Hague.

Work started from the middle of August 2015.

There was a lot to clear out so that the living rooms and bedrooms can be transformed into learning space.

Walls demolished and garden cleared and make way for bikes and scooters.

The brick and plaster walls have been knocked out to create a classroom space and small meetings & training room.

Renovation nearly complete. Look at the transformation. Spot the differences

Reading and Number Partners work regularly with pupils at lunch times. They supported work colleagues to raise the money to transform out school house. Some cycled as well!

RKH cycling for Hague. Cycling teams ready for the sponsored cycle, 500miles from John-o-Groats at the top of Scotland to the Lloyds Building in London.

We thought they would raise £20,000. Instead they raised, £ 139,750.88!!!

We like cycling. Perhaps, one day, one of us will be inspired, to take part in a sponsored cycle ride to raise money for others.

When will it be finished? Very soon. We expect the building work will be complete by December There’s a bit of snagging! Ordering computers, interactive whiteboards and furniture next on the agenda.
