Working through Exostar 3 Managed Access Gateway (MAG) R-R eTools Supply Chain Platform (SCP-RR) Register your organization for a MAG account. Users access SCP-RR by logging in through MAG. Administer users and passwords in MAG. Register each user for a R-R eTools annual subscription. This provides access to multiple R-R applications hosted by Exostar. Special Characters Data in SCP-RR Do not enter letters with accents or special characters on them or double-byte characters. For example, the ‘Supplier Comments’ field on a Delivery Schedule response can use the more basic special characters such as []>=< Creating New Users or Orgs for SCP-RR To register a new user or organization, ONLY USE the basic 26 letters of the alphabet, numbers and the dash (“-”) symbol.
