Toning!!!!! And Belly fat! So lets re-iterate, Toning is just increased muscle mass and decreased fat. That’s it! You burn more fat the more muscle mass you have Belly fat will be vastly speeded up the more muscle mass you have Lifting weights increases muscle mass – Done right it also burns a shit load of fat up to 9 x more than Cardio alone Also Cardio does not increase muscle mass
70% Of your results will be diet There is a good old saying that abs are built in the kitchen and you know what…..its true! Your “way of eating” will be the most important thing to nail! This is where your results will really take place When you walk out of the gym you leave with less muscle fibres than you walked in with, Its when you eat, rest, repair and sleep where your body will really build muscle and burn fat. Your metabolism will be through the roof for around 24 hours so lots of fat burning will be happening on the inside IF you eat the way I tell you do. So think of it that way 1: You train hard and breakdown your body 2: You eat to give the body the FUEL to repair and grow 3: You rest so your body can do all this and get LOTS of sleep. We are going to do these 3 steps continuously for 6 weeks.
