Create a folder on our desktop & name folder US_PP Training. Open United Streaming United Streaming Choose a video clip and save to your folder or to My Content –Note: Cannot download a video clip between 8AM- 3:30PM.

Create a PowerPoint using United Streaming Video Clips Open PowerPoint –Save and give presentation a name Title Slide Slide on topic (information, notes, definition Movie Slide –Choose a blank “content layout” –Insert > Movies & Sounds > Movie from File –Widen to fit the slide –Insert the citation at the bottom of the slide

Adding an Action Button New Slide Using Insert WordArt, type “Try Again” From the Draw Tools, click on AutoShapes Choose a shape and draw on slide –Right click on shape and add text –Write “Go Back” –Right Click and Hyperlink Place in this Document –Click Slide # where question is located –Okay

Adding an Another Action Button Same procedure as previous slide Type “Correct” or “Good Job” –Add some clapping sounds –Add some appropriate clipart

What can I do with this as a teacher? Great for –Starting a lesson –Ending a lesson –TAKS Questions –Attach it to your teacher website for students to review at home or at school –Have a review folder for students to practice at the computer learning center
