Year 2 – Learnings, so far Lots of diversion and prevention initiatives Need for unbundling Need to finalize costs and service levels Difficult to fund new start, high-cost proposals, notably supportive housing LHIN needs to work with group of providers to develop “direct / immediate” initiatives Always keep an eye on Integrated Health Services Plan and Health System Plan It’s about seniors and their health!
