(Melor et al., 2013) The utilization and integration of ICT tools assist students in acquiring English Language competency as well as enhance the quality of learning experience.

Teaching & Learning using ICT Teaching and learning is becoming more learner- centered, interactive and mobile(Klimova, 2015) ICT is a powerful tool in presenting or representing information in many different ways that can make the class more interesting and lively. (Melor et al., 2009)

Learning Environment Frog VLE (Virtual Learning Environment). Learning management system adopted by the Malaysian government for government aided school. Social network for school. A web-based learning system that replicates real- world learning by integrating virtual equivalents of conventional concepts of education. (FrogAsia) 1BestariNet, a nationwide project carried out by Ministry of Education and YTL.
