 our vision is based on facilitating the customer all services in one place with a service personalized and focused on the needs of the company and its employees, it is located in the State of Maryland have excellent team with set values such as respect, integrity, dedication, service and innovation to achieve profitability, leadership in the market for the benefit of all, reducing the time and money, is characterized by promoting and implementing advanced management systems.

 The role that Elizabeth in Nedlaw is Operations Manager since has shown use the style pioneer in situations of change in which presents to be objective and focused on finding ways to achieve the changes in which practice effective standards and commitment to serve on a computer using vision of the future. He has skills in the review of documents, editing for spelling, punctuation, grammar, tone, style and format APA which is necessary and important in the presentation of strategies and services for organizations.

 Through his style has shown its ability, strength and ability to cope with the changes, finding solutions through diversity, communications and desires of aspiring to more results successes, has ability to manage tasks, compliance with it, motivational support. Always showing a great interest, for the benefit of customers or employees of the organization.

 My persuader style use it to promote that all members participate, trying to solve conflicts using communication equipment, fostering the balance to show awareness in confrontational situations, on the other hand am always willing to look for problems to solve collaboratively, I show interest in promoting changes that are of benefit to all stakeholders by consensus accept suggestions, development of skills and abilities in others in which I can work with different patterns of behavior of the underlying member of the organization.

 His style as a professional analyzer in which it shows to be focused on their goals, demanding with the people that surround its work environment that are partakers of changes, very focused on the efficiency of any situation and hoped that the people who work with comply with the standards established by the organization that works. Promotes the analysis of strategies to use and their consequences in order to obtain a change balanced for everyone in the organization.

 It presents the disposition of striving to achieve satisfaction and effectiveness of each of the members in a collaborative way, it makes every effort to meet their objectives and get solution to any conflict that arises as a challenge. Training and employee development manager has extensive experience working with all levels of organization to create, promote, and deliver training solutions that meet the strategic needs of the organization.

 Francine Coleman is the financial manager and consultant to agents of innovative change, LLC. As a consultant, it is my responsibility to engage in a dialogue with our customers to identify the objectives and targets that will be instrumental in successfully navigating the process of change. In addition, instruct clients to identify the resources necessary to carry out each stage of the processes of change.

 Provide fair and accurate treatment to all customers alike.  All the members of the company must maintain an ethical behavior.  Pay attention to requests and claims, whereas the purpose of the company is a service with quality to the customer.  Serve the customer is the responsibility of all members of the company, which must know the procedures to guide them.  Jobs in the company are multifunctional character; no worker may refuse to fulfill an activity for which they are properly trained.
