Chapter 4 Review Solving Inequalities

Write an inequality for each graph:

Problem solving with inequalities uses the same rules as discussed in the Chapter 3 review. The only difference is that the ‘=‘ sign is replaced by the inequality sign. The chart at the left shows the number of cans of food collected by a club during the first four weeks of a food drive. The goal is to collect at least 3000 cans in 5 weeks. How many cans must be collected during week 5 to meet or exceed the goal? Define the variable Let # of cans = c 2. No diagram needed here 3.
