1 Tell Us Once Delivery Partnerships Tell Us Once – because your time matters Tell Us Once Delivery Partnerships Shaping the Future

2 Tell Us Once Delivery Partnerships Tell Us Once – because your time matters The Future  TUO gained conditional approval for national roll-out. The conditions surrounded making the most of the TUO assets for the benefit of the citizen the data consumer, government and the taxpayer by expanding the service. TUO began looking at how that could best be done.  We have undertaken a period of active learning – working with the public, private and voluntary sectors, examining how TUO could enable better sharing of information, therefore improving the citizen experience which quite naturally leads to other benefits and efficiencies.  Our findings demonstrated: Citizens want the service to do more, they trust government to share their information; Internal and external organisations want us to do more, there is an appetite to expand the service further. TUODP now needs to demonstrate what could be done and how. That will allow strategic decisions to be made around the future direction of the service.

3 Tell Us Once Delivery Partnerships Tell Us Once – because your time matters What are the opportunities? Tell Us Once could become the service that manages the notification of Citizen Life Events from the initial contact, throughout UK government and also to relevant private and voluntary sector enterprises by developing systems and process with government and commercial partners; and by creating a trusted brand fully understood by citizens; that is primarily funded by enterprises that consume the data in a mutually beneficial business eco-system. We have appetites for such an enterprise from citizens and tested our proposals with a wide range of potential delivery partners and consumers – including…

5 Tell Us Once Delivery Partnerships Tell Us Once – because your time matters Key Messages… We have learned and will build from our experiences of delivering the service to date. Specifically we will continue to…  put the customer experience at the heart of our thinking and future designs;  improve and build new services with the full and active involvement of all delivery partners and potential consumers;  unlock further efficiencies through the effective re-useof existing assets (data / technology / commercial and business relationships);  recognise and respond to the constraints and demands of partners.
