Water can provoke pain and pleasure according to its intensity, physical phenomenon and quantity PROBLEM DEFINITION

“Average business man” What he hears? Complaints of his clients and employees What he thinks and feels? Upset about having to clean the place all the time, concern about people slipping and falling on the floor, having breathing problems because of the dry air; What he sees: It’s a problem everyone who owns a air conditioning goes through, but there is no solution yet; Pains Breathing problems, accidents on work place that put on risk his clients and employees safety, dirty place of work, possible equipament and furniture damage because of the water Gains: Safer and cleaner workplace. Lower maintenance costs;

PROTOTYPE We want to offer a healthy, safe and pleasent life to our custumers by providing a device that will restore air humidity with the water that drops from air conditioning, therefore reusing this natural resource. We will produce and install this equipment in the company or house of our customers.

PROTOTYPE Customer segment: small-to-medium size business and houses/apartments that have air conditioning or is buying one; Relationship with customer: Website, events, social medias, door-to-door sales; Channels: Website and door-to-door sales; Key-partners: resellers and local installers of air conditioning; Key-activities: Manufactoring the device, installations of air conditioning (only inicially), maintance of the equipment; Key-resources: labor (to install and training), technology to produce the equipment; Cost structure: marketing, infrastructure, employees; Revenue streams: Sales, installation and maintance.
