Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Highlights Main Findings Key Challenges

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Main Findings Problem on voters list Both candidates can’t represent witness in all TPS There were many non eligible voters allowed to vote by KPPS (not registered and can’t show ID) Money politics is still happened : Example: Supporters of Prabowo and Jokowi gave voters Rupiahs on the D-day in the early morning. Location: Kendal, Jepara, Solo. Boycott: 15 members of Sub-district Polling Committee joined the rally of Komite Nasional Papua Barat (KPB) to boycott the presidential election. The PPK asked the KPU officials to pay off their salary. Intimidation: The KNPB mass forced people not to vote on July 9, If do so, KPB would kill the voters and burn their houses. Location: Yahukimo-Dekai.

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Is there any eligible citizen who is not listed in the voters list?

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Did you see any distribution of money or goods that aims to influence the voter’s choice?

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Did you see any intimidation that aims to influence the voter’s choice?

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Attendance of witness of Prabowo-Hatta

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Attendance of witness of Jokowi - JK

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Main Findings at National Level Submission of all candidate campaign finance’s report is on schedule (first and second phase). Candidate campaign finance’s report is not comply to the KPU regulation on campaign finance’s report guideline. The 1 st report didn’t reflect the actual condition. – i.e: Incoming fund form political parties for Prabowo-Hatta only IDR 2 millions, whereas for Jokowi-JK there was no incoming fund from PDIP There were many third parties (sekoci team and volunteers) campaign that not accounted in the report.

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan 2 nd campaign finance’s report

Kemitraan Bagi Pembaharuan Tata Pemerintahan Key Challenges Recruited of 1062 observers was not easy due to competition with candidates campaign team recruitment. Ensure independency of observers. Ensure our monitoring result is followed up by KPU and Bawaslu.
