URINALYSIS LAB 2 Naseem AL-Mathry

Components of the urine is abnormal or pathological. 1-protein (albumin) The urine natural completely free of proteins as they do not run through the walls of capillaries due to the large size fractions Since the molecule Naseem AL-Mathry

Albuminuria is a pathological condition wherein albumin is present in the urine. It is a type of proteinuria. albumin smaller particles of plasma proteins (albumin - Fabroujen - globin) is the first plasma proteins that appear in the urine and this is called the case Albuminuria (Albumin - uria). Naseem AL-Mathry

The reasons for the presence of albumin in the urine: a- physiological causes, such as - After the violent muscular effort - Pregnancies - Stand for long periods - After eating a diet rich in protein This is because a temporary imbalance in the renal session Naseem AL-Mathry

b- the causes of pathological (disease) such as - Cases of heart failure and other diseases -Sick of the kidneys such as renal failure and acute and chronic cases of urinary tract infections Naseem AL-Mathry

In these conditions sometimes defect in Glomerular filtration, either because of increased blood pressure in the blood collection or be due to the destruction of the walls of capillaries in the area of combining blood by bacteria also occurs in the disease known as inflammation of the kidneys Naseem AL-Mathry

2- Glucose Normal urine does not contain any proportion of sugar, but can appear in the urine 1-Physiological reasons such as eating a diet rich in carbohydrates, high emotions and trauma, the first months of pregnancy 2- pathological reasons such as diabetes (Diabetes Mliutus) Naseem AL-Mathry

3- Ketone bodies After the completion of the process of fat absorption process begins with the metabolism of her either oxidize to release energy from or stored within the connective tissue the first step in the process of oxidation is called process of configuring Naseem AL-Mathry

Ketosis Ketosis is part of the process that takes place when your body’s metabolism converts fat into energy. The name ketosis relates to the fats that are stored and then release as energy, which is known as ketones. When people eat less carbohydrates, their bodies turn to fat into energy and more ketones are generated. Naseem AL-Mathry

4- Blood The causes and the presence of blood in the urine: - Address some of the drugs that increase blood thinners - Kidney disease (blockage in the kidney or urinary tract genital) and inflammation of the ureter and bladder ulcer - Use binoculars / cancer or urinary tract hemorrhage as a result of light - Stones, renal / urinary tract Blharicia active Naseem AL-Mathry

5- fat When a disruption in the lymphatic system appears the fat in the urine Naseem AL-Mathry

6-kidney stones kidney stones is a solid concretion or crystal aggregation formed in the kidneys from dietary minerals in the urine. Naseem AL-Mathry

7- cells pus The presence of cells pus or white blood cells found in the urine is a medical condition and the reason for its appearance is the presence of inflammation in any area of the urinary tract due to infection and these cells can be seen through a microscope. Naseem AL-Mathry
