Leadership Development - Mission The Leadership Development Community of Practice is a group of individuals voluntarily working to improve themselves and the company by learning to become self-leaders.

Leadership Development - Goals Establish self-leadership as a core competency leadership that is not limited to hierarchical position challenge self-imposed boundaries; become empowered Incubate learning and risk taking in a supportive environment promote a learning organization Involve others in furthering self-initiated efforts for organizational change influence others outside individual direct control Encourage collaboration, destroying silos identify and remove barriers to work flows Communicate best ideas and practices
