When all the walls have been coated with Carlite finish and dried the plumbers can return to fit all the necessary pipe work and the radiators. Then a DPM layer is put down which in turn is covered with four inches of insulation. A 100 mm concrete floor screed is then placed in position. After this has thoroughly dried the final fitting out of the house can begin
