Conflict. Performed: a Pupil of the 9 class "A“ Yudina Alena

Conflict is most acute way to resolve the contradictions in the interests, goals, beliefs, arising in the process of social interaction, which consists in countering the participants in this interaction, and is usually accompanied by negative emotions, beyond the scope of the rules and norms. Conflicts are the subject of studying the science of conflictology.

Common definition

Conflict is a situation in which each party seeks to take a position that is incompatible and opposite to the interests of the other side. The conflict - particularly the interaction of individuals, groups, associations, which appears at their disparate views, positions and interests. The conflict has both destructive and constructive functions.The conflicting parties can be community groups, groups of animals, individuals and species of animals, technical systems.Also, the conflict may be interpreted as opposition to the properties of the two phenomena, claiming to be determined by them the state of reality.

Signs of conflict

Bipolarity Bipolarity, or the opposition is opposition, and at the same time interconnectedness, contains in itself the inner potential of contradictions, but by itself does not mean collision or struggle.

Activity - another indication of the conflict, but only the activity, which is synonymous with the notions of «struggle» and «resistance», activity is impossible without some impulse, specified by the awareness of the situation on the part of the subject of the conflict.

The presence of the subjects of the conflict - another sign of, the subject - it's the active side, is capable of creating a conflict situation and influence the course of the conflict depending on their interests. As a rule, the subjects of the conflict are a special type of consciousness - conflict. The contradiction is a source of conflict situations only for the subjects of the media conflict type of consciousness.

Konfliktogenez - is the rise and development of modern forms of conflict society, imprint, and often directly determining the direction and content of evolution in general. Konfliktogenez is an ongoing dialectical process of the birth, development and modernization of the existing social reality through its core - the conflict.Conflict - it is the result konfliktogeneza, but that is at the origin of the process, the "point" that the particles that make the process of emerging, the gene from which the process of the genesis of the conflict develops, may be considered contentious.

The conflict in psychology

The conflict is defined in psychology as a lack of agreement between two or more parties - individuals or groups.

The conflict in programming The situation resulting from the incompatibility of the results of the action of different programs/algorithms.

The conflict in the literature The conflict art is a disagreement, conflict, conflict, struggle, embodied in the plot of a literary work. Artistic conflict may reflect political, philosophical, moral, and other differences artistic characters or contradictions of the epoch. The enduring importance of the work is largely determined by the extent to which it reflects the contradictions of time. Whichever way or apparent Conflict of art, he usually lies in the basis of the perspective of the work, and the techniques and methods of its resolution are due to the author's intention.

The legal conflict The legal conflict - situation in which two or more sides oppose each other, arguing about the legal rights, obligations. The legal conflict may arise about the recognition, restoration, violation of legal rights of non-fulfillment of legal obligations.

Marital conflict The cause of all marital conflicts are divided into three large categories: 1. conflicts on the grounds of unfair distribution of labour (different concepts of rights and responsibilities); 2. conflicts motivated by dissatisfaction with any needs; 3. quarrels because of deficiencies in education.

In modern conflictology are five strategies of behavior in conflict situations: Adaptation - one party all agrees with the other, but have an opinion, which is afraid to speak. Avoidance of withdrawal from the conflict situation. A compromise - a joint solution satisfactory to both parties. Competition - active confrontation of the other side. Cooperation - the attempt to come to a joint decision.
