Video Games, Computers and Televisions Substitute for activities such as; play tag, soccer, riding bikes, enrolling our children in dance classes and baseball or soccer teams. Fitting “fun” exercise into their weekly routine helps promote healthy habits.

Kids who are active will have stronger muscles and bones. Less likely to develop type 2 diabetes and will have lower blood pressure as adults. Serotonin and Dopamine Exercise helps us avoid medications
