Project Profile: Four-Star NGBS Certified Development Developed by Natale Building Corp. 20-acre site 35 lot developments First "Net Zero" homes and development in Western New York Rivera Greens Clarence, NY

Cluster Development: Natale and the Town of Clarence worked together to guarantee at least 50% greenspace on this development. 1-acre pond and 5 acres to the rear east side of the development were left untouched. Natural Resources: Road placement avoided disturbance of 100 year old pear trees. Retention pond was redesigned to protect 60- foot trees. Wildlife: National Wildlife Federation Certified Habitat. Rivera Greens Clarence, NY

Landscape Plan: Trees from WNY Retree are to be grown and harvested from onsite treefarm. The pond water and the natural well water will be used for common area irrigation. Recycled Materials: 100-year-old barn on site was deconstructed by the Amish of Gowanda and the wood was used to make the gazebo and park benches. Storm Water Management: Plans include a retention pond and protected the natural on- site pond and 1890 freshwater well. The pond water and the natural well water will be used for common area irrigation. Rivera Greens Clarence, NY

Slope Disturbance: Soil disturbance was kept to a minimum and 2 staging areas for topsoil were established with grade in mind. Silt Fences were put in place and monitored weekly. Mass Transit: ¼ of a mile away from Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Metro. Rivera Greens Clarence, NY
