Marketing Plan Example Market at Department Meetings Physician Action Plan 1.The marketing team will contact each department (primary care, internal medicine and OB/GYN) and seek permission to give a five minute presentation on the BRIDGE Clinic. 2.The presentation will include a Powerpoint outlined presentation briefly detailing the benefits and details of volunteering at the clinic. It will also contain the BRIDGE clinic video. 3.After the presentation the marketing team will pass around a sign up sheet with the open dates on which physicians can sign up. 4.The marketing team will encourage physicians to sign up as teams to make the volunteering experience more friendly. 5.In doing so, we will collect enough information to add the physicians to our database in order to follow up after their first volunteering experience.
