The Role of the Creative Industries Exchange  Aims to improve the production, sharing and publication of data and information on the cultural/creative industries sector in the Caribbean.  A virtual library for information about the cultural/creative industries present within the Caribbean.  Raising awareness of the structure and operations of creative industries along with the role of Intellectual Property.

UWI/CIE – CCL MOU CIE – A networking mechanism that can facilitate linkages between artists, entrepreneurs, researchers, policy-makers, copyright management organisations and other stakeholders. CCL - a regional grouping of Copyright Management Organisations geared towards securing the rights of intellectual property holders in the Caribbean.

UWI/CIE – CCL MOU The collaboration between CCL and CIE facilitates: – The exchange of data related to the creative and cultural economy. – Analysis and policy development for key stakeholders in the Creative Economy. – Public awareness of the role of IP and specifically copyright in the Creative Economy.
