Introduction Tourism is one of the main development industry in Hong Kong. With the new policies offer from government for attracting tourists, we expect that the amount of tourists coming to Hong Kong in future will expand. Reference: In October 2004, the Average Hotel Occupancy Rate is 89% where in September 2004, the rate is only 84%, it showed a graduate increase for the demand of hotel. Reasons why we chose the hotel industry:
